And yeah, of course, Ben Affleck! "Gone Baby Gone", The Town" & "Argo", all were spectacular flicks.

Mel Gibson may be a terrible human being. But he's one hell of an actor! Lol. With a couple of Oscars for 'Best Director' and 'Best Picture' under his belt.

@daredevil334 Mel Gibson won an Oscar? No way after he talked so much shit about Jews.

@daredevil334 Don't forget about Ben Affleck. He's really come into his own directing. Argo and The Town are both great films. Granted he sometimes doesn't pick the smartest roles (Gigli? What was he thinking?) but I usually find that he is an underrated actor, and a fantastic director.

Also Ron Howard. He's great. And Rob Reiner. He's great too.

I guess you forgot: Mel Gibson, Kevin Costner & Richard Attenborough. All, capable actors and Oscar winning directors. Natalie Portman has come a long way since Léon: The Professional; but I hope she doesn't decide to stay behind the camera permanently by quitting acting all together. lol. That would be a big loss for everyone.
