I enjoyed it as well. I actually saw the short film it was based on at a festival and appreciated that the director got the chance to turn it into something more complete. Jenny Slate is a real charmer.
Wow, Good Burger is a blast from the past. I actually watched it when it came out and thought it was funny. I don't know how Ebert came to the conclussion that Ed was smart, but I do like Kel's comedic ability.
I have been suffering from a bit of apocalyptic and dystopian fiction fatigue lately. While Blindness sounds like a fascinating movie I don't think it's fascinating enough to tempt me back to the genre.
Oooh I completely forgot about Eddie Redmayne from the Danish Girl. If there's one thing I know about the Academy is that they love movies like this and I expect the Danish Girl to win quite a lot of them. Poor Leo :(
