lol one thing I had issue with in the movie was putting the black family in danger but I guess they did it since there are no other black characters and this was a great opportunity to include them and also to make them look like heroes. Movies pandering to different races is a real thing!
Good points but what I heard was this happened because of the failed Live By Night movie he directed. Apparently, the studio does not believe in his abilities anymore and boy it's gonna be extremely hard to act and direct a movie with a >$100 million budget.
Screwing his own daughter, eh. Have you seen Lone Star? It's similar in that there is a brother and sister screwing each other but they didn't know that they were related. I'm guessing that's the case in this movie as well?
Dinklage can act and he's not all about the comedic part which probably helped him set himself apart from the rest of the dwarves. The only thing that I wanted to see from this movie but didn't get was what happens to the library girl? Does he get her or does he not? The suspense is killing me lol.
Ah. I remember that line and it reflects the reality of the land now. The rural areas are a shadow of its former self. All the power and glory has shifted to the coasts and the Midwest is laid bare. It's the voters from this region that helped Trump secure the presidency.
It was pretty awesome imo. Loved the visuals and 3D was great! Pretty standard marvel story tho. The Ancient one fight was too short like you mentioned. It would have been nice to see them go at it for an epic showdown but that didn't happen.
